Quesadilla Melt

Ingredients:

•             Can of Deli-Can-Tessen Chicken with Chilliquesdilla.jpg

•             2 tortilla wraps

•             ½ cup mozzarella, grated

•             1 green onion, chopped

•             ½ bell pepper, finely chopped

•             ½ cup sweet corn

•             Lite sour cream

•             Salsa

 

Directions:
  • Mix chicken, cheese, green onion, corn and bell pepper in small bowl. 
  • Spread mixture on a tortilla and top with the second tortilla.
  • Cook for a minute and a half on each side in a dry non-stick frying pan, medium heat.
  • Serve the quesadilla cut in quarters with sour cream and salsa.
